Janet Aldana, VP of Operations
I started at Circle of Life Hospice in 2019 as a receptionist and had no idea at the time how much this work would come to mean to me. Over the years, I’ve grown into different roles, Intake Coordinator, Community Relations Director, Business Office Manager and in December 2024, I stepped into the role of Vice President of Operations.
In addition to my operational responsibilities, I also manage all of our design work, putting together the newsletter, maintaining the website, and creating flyers and materials for our outreach. I’m part of the Circle of Life Hospice Foundation committee and a proud member of the Associate Vietnam Veterans of America (AVVA), where I help organize community events throughout the year.
Hospice work isn’t easy, but it’s where I’ve found purpose. I truly believe this is where God placed me for a reason, and I’m grateful every day to be part of something that makes a difference for people when they need it most.
