Olivia Baugh, MD, is board certified in Internal Medicine. She has practiced hospital medicine and palliative care medicine for more than 13 years. Dr. Baugh completed her residency training at University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. She also serves as an Associate Clinical Faculty at UNR Med. Baugh spent many years as a hospitalist caring for patients with complex illnesses and diseases.

Pediatric Physician

Dr. Bejal Patel grew up in the Bay Area of California and went on to attend medical school at the Medical University of the Americas. She completed her Pediatrics residency at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama, before making Reno, Nevada, her home in 2016.

Dr. Patel currently serves as a Co-Medical Director at NeuroRestorative and also practices at Northeastern Nevada Regional Medical Center in Elko, Nevada, where she works as a pediatrician and pediatric hospitalist. Through her years of practice, she has developed a deep commitment to caring for children and supporting families through some of life’s most important and challenging moments.

Dr. Patel is passionate about providing compassionate, thoughtful, and family-centered care. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve children and families throughout Northern Nevada and to help ensure that each patient receives care that honors their individual needs, comfort, and quality of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves cooking, singing, watching movies, walking her dog, and traveling. She has loved calling Reno home since 2016 and especially enjoys getting to know and care for the wonderful patients and families in the community.

Pediatric Advisor, Volunteer

While Barry Frank, MD has been retired from his pediatric practice for several years, he’s still caring for the community and oversees our youngest patients — infants, children and adolescents – living with life-threatening illnesses.

Dr. Frank has served as a pediatric intensivist and hospitalist at Summerlin Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. After moving to Reno, he held numerous roles as a pediatric intensivist, served as the director of pediatrics intensive care at Renown Health for more than 20 years. Dr. Frank was an Associate Professor with the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine from 1994 to 2001. Most recently, his philanthropic work has helped open a new Gender and Sexual Health Care Clinic with Northern Nevada HOPES.
